- warehousing / Production / Assembly experience
- preferably have some experience with SAP or similar software
- problem solver & critical thinker
- strong communication skills verbally and writing in English
- leadership qualities
You will start your journey as a production line operator, gaining experience on the production floor. It is important to learn the full process of picking, packing, and quality control, as you will be leading a team and training others.
Understanding the full scope of work, and getting to know your team and other departments is critical. along with solid communication and a go-getter attitude, we are looking for someone who works well with teams, as well as leads them.
As the team leader in the product packaging department, it is your responsibility to oversee and continuously improve the processes and advocate strong safety and quality standards.
