We are currently searching for an enthusiastic intern to join our team Johnson & Johnson MedTech in Eindhoven that focusses on developing manufacturing technology (process and equipment) for producing intraocular lenses for patients suffering from cataract. This team consists of 20 employees with various engineering disciplines.

Working on a challenging project
We are looking for a bright intern (Bsc/Msc) who studies Mechatronics, Physics, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Informatics, Data science or related.
In addition, you also meet the following requirements:
- Fluent in Dutch and English;
- Experience with Solidworks, Minitab, Python, C#, SQL is considered a plus;
- Available for minimal 32 hours (preferably 40 hours).
As an intern, you will work in a dynamic Research & Development environment under the supervision of an engineer in a multidisciplinary team.

We have multiple projects within our department, of which a few are listed here:
- Design and realize a mechanism to take products out of an injection moulding machine;
- Develop a software module for tool administration or inventory management;
- 3D modelling of deformation of injection moulded parts under mechanical strain;
- Develop a calibration method for a plasma surface treatment processing step.
