To keep the warehouse up and running, it’s important that, you preferably already have experience with order picking using a voice picking system. As a warehouse employee;

• You have a good command of the Dutch or English language
• You are in possession of your own transportation
• You live within a 30 km radius of Bidfood
• You can do heavy physical work
• You can occasionally work on Saturday's and overtime
• You are available full-time 5 days per week
• You can work in 2 shifts (06.00-15.00 and 15.00-00.00)
• You are willing to work in a refrigerated environment of -25 and 7 degrees Celcius

As a warehouse employee, you carry the responsibility of picking orders. This is done based on instructions via the voice picking system. You will search the warehouse for the required products and place them in the roll containers. After completing the order, you transport the roll container by car to the loading point. There, team members make sure the roll container is sent to the right customer. This way you can quickly move on to the next order. No experience? No problem! We will teach you during your 4-week training program. During this training you may be asked to be available only for the morning shift.

It is important that you can handle heavy physical work. Because you have to lift boxes or crates up to 25 kg.

Bidfood is the online wholesale catering company of the Netherlands. As a warehouse employee at Bidfood, you will contribute to delivering high-quality products to your favorite restaurants. In the warehouse, refrigerated products are kept where the temperature is around 7 degrees Celsius. Here they offer a pleasant working environment in a refrigerated setting. Due to working in a refrigerated environment, you will receive €0.55 on top of your hourly wage. You will also receive shift allowance up to 25%- 50%!
