Testing Supervisor

It's essential to note that this position does not include housing, and having your own transportation to commute to Den Bosch is required.

• Experience using Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Access and PowerPoint, Linux is a pré
• Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
• Able to work effectively in a high pressure and fast-pace environment
• Minimum of 3 years work experience as a team lead or supervisor in similar industry role
• Experience with mechanical assembly, cable routing and manufacturing quality standards
• Flexibility with working paid overtime and weekends depending on the business' needs

In this role as a Testing Supervisor, you will optimize daily operations to ensure cost-effective, high-quality production. As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee manufacturing processes, monitor team performance, and organize workflows to maintain efficient and seamless operations.

• Material, quality and scheduling control
• Guide and coach employees
• Identify key improvements in efficiency, cost reduction, and strict safety guidelines
• Oversee and advise on SOP's implementation and improvement
