As a production employee at Material in Motion you will work in the assembly. This means that you will assemble parts, so that in the end a product is created for the customer. For example, it is possible that you will be busy with assembling computer hardware. You are indispensable as a production employee, because you are responsible for a certain part of the production! Everyone is responsible for his/her own part and together you ensure that a product is created for the customer. So it is really important and cool work!
To work as a production employee at Material in Motion, experience or a diploma are not required. On the other hand, it is very important that you are motivated and have some interest in technique. You will work in a team and you will have the possibility to talk with colleagues. But your work should certainly not be affected by this.
- At Material in Motion you will work in the day shift. Your day start at 08:00 and ends at 16:00. You work from Monday till Friday, so you have the weekends off!
