Contract management employee

We are looking for two contract management employees for Cargill. Are you skilled with the administrative handling of contracts and deliveries? Are you accurate and good with handeling systems? Then we are looking for you. Are you enthusiastic and ready for a new challenge? Please keep on reading.

We are looking for someone who is very accurate and doesn't have a 9 to 5 work mentality. You are fluent in English and familiar with ERP systems. Furthermore:

• You have a bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience;
• You have the ability to prioritize and work under pressure;
• You are attentive to detail;
• You are agile & willing to learn;
• You are a team-player, solution-oriented and service-minded;
• You are willing to work 1-2 times a week till 18:30;
• You are able to handle (more) complex cases independently;
• Good communication skills (verbal and written).

You will provide basic knowledge of pricing and contracting activities to assist in the coordination of process development. In this role you are the gatekeeper of both broad and deep contract knowledge. You will assist with contract settlement and communications with sales, trade, supply chain and other internal departments Cargill closely work with. Further:

• You are responsible for a 100% correct contract entry in A-Force (JDE);
• You are responsible for detecting and solving discrepancies in contract instructions;
• Daily updating market related values in JDE;
• You are often participate in projects initiated by other departments;
• Amending, re-booking and conversion of existing contracts;
